Add thread to watch for modified Pixels

Repository objects should add a thread making using of ome.services.eventlogs (#4734) to watch for any Pixels modifications. When a Pixels is modified and matches certain filters, then it should be added to the queue for pyramid generation.

Using the new eventlogs package (#4734) and the events from (#4737) it should be straight-forward to introduce an initial watcher thread. Longer term we will want to replace this with something more robust.
