Description
The following event ImportEvent.IMPORT_THUMBNAILING
should not be thrown for big images.
Misleading users.

Or maybe I won't. Jean-Marie: did I misunderstand you? Originally, I thought you were talking about MissingPyramid cases since thumbnailing can't take place until the pyramid is generated. But then I considered maybe you were talking about the general big image case, in which case this method is called and is doing work.
I'm passing back to you for clarification.

When the event ImportEvent.IMPORT_THUMBNAILING is sent we display in the UI "creating thumbnail" since this can take a long time for big images, when another event is sent a new message is displayed e.g. "done"
but actually the thumbnailing might have not started and is for sure not finished.
