Add information to log when logging in.

Description
Information similar to the one sent when submitting a comment or error via QA should be added to the log file when logging in.
in both insight and importer.
This will help tracking bugs.

insight adds the following information to the log file:
- client version
- server version.
- JAVA_VERSION i.e. System.getProperty("java.version")
- OS_NAME i.e. System.getProperty("os.name")
- OS_ARCH i.e. System.getProperty("os.arch")
- OS_VERSION i.e. System.getProperty("os.version")
