Bug: insight turns all thumbnails black with "No rendering service initialized"

- Import 5794_001.svs
- wait so that everything is present
- Open image tab
- View the 4 thumbnails and images from the import.
- Open importer and import again
- With message "please wait" go back to image tab
- 8 thumbs present; 4 valid; 4 black (not the new SVG icon)
- Start opening images; the black ones give the proper "please wait" message
- Eventually, all 8 thumbnails turn black and on stdout/err appears (often):
Clicking "refresh" and then on "Today" does clean up the thumbnails (no more black)

No, sorry. There are 2 imports here for a total of 8 images.

For a black thumbnail is displayed instead of the SVG icon see #5606

The second part of the ticket was probably due to the partial error handling when missing pyramid.
Going to fetch and try again.

What are the 8 thumbnails?
Do you mean that the svs file end being 8 different images?
It looks that we have few problems here.
