BUG: Web Delete attachment fails

Description
Clicking the X next to the attachment in the right hand panel pops up a dialog asking if you want to delete the file. If you click OK it does not delete the file.

Following commit, delete works but we get a Django template error since the page refreshes while the file is being deleted.
So we have a file annotation wrapper but when we try to get file-size this fails and get a error trying to format this.
Proposed solution (commit below) is to check whether we can get file name - if not then don't display.
TODO: Probably best to delete the annotation via Ajax (same as 'remove' functionality)
