I'm going to up the default permissible log-in time a wee bit (0.15 seconds) but really if it's any longer, then we've got problems.

Note: the loginAttemptListener was disabled by accident 3c0039b563c945ea5e56a03eb87a842774b85139/ome.git (#6885), meaning this test was failing for other reasons.
