Hard-wiring in AbstractBean and LicenseBean cause errors in Eclipse.

Description

Specifically, Eclipse can't build the project because there are two classes with the same name on the build path. The build.xml targets will need to delete the code generated file after compilation.

r1355 adds the delete. This should be refactored out into macros.xml.
