OMERO.blitz needs to run @Start and @Shutdown services.

Description
Currently, in JBoss there is a mechanism to have extra code run at startup and shutdown. This needs to be ported to blitz. (Note: One possible startup is that which starts the embedded blitz service. That should naturally NOT be run in the standalone version.)

No. The @Startup and @Shutdown functionality should be JBoss only, since it is JBoss specific anyway. Anything that should be portable needs to be done within the Spring context.
r1403 begins to gather the JBoss-specific classes into the ome.services.jboss package.
