IAdmin: updateExperimenter method

Description
Limitation:
The current user cannot update his/her profile.
Need to modify the security check for that method.

My idea:
Allow user to modify firs/middle/last name, email and institution
and also the default group, if user member of more than one group.

ok. That'd mean mostly likely changing:
- setDefaultGroup to setUserDefaultGroup
- adding setDefaultGroup(ExperimenterGroup?)
- adding updateExperimenterInfo(Experimenter) and only the mentioned fields are updated.

So,...currently the method is @RolesAllowed?("system") because don't want most people changing these things, but obviously you need to be able to update your email and institution. Is name (first/middle/last) going to be editable as well?
Technically, there'll need to be a check for self and then a call to runAsAdmin().
And what do we do about editing groups? Description changeable by owner?
