Description
See example cellsens/melissa/SW...GOLD copy.vsi, which has 3 ROIs
- "ROI 1", a red rectangle with line width of 5 and upper left corner at approximately (901, 931)
- "ROI 2", a green circle of radius ~510 with center at ~(7330, 5190)
- "ROI 3", a yellow polygon (roughly trapezoidal) in the upper right corner. It also has a different font from the others.
- LIF (#6189) .lif
Additional test for importing a lif file and get incorrect excitation wavelengths.
Testing the file E.g. Martin/Leica??-SP5/sample files.lif [series 02 - XYZChBF]
- PCI (#6333?) .cxd
The file imported into OMERO gives correct display of metadata, but scrolling through Z moves through T, while scrolling through T rolls through Z slices.
Test file - /test_images_good/simplepci/
- TIFF (#6010, #6500?) .tiff *#6010 objective is to speed up TIFF and BigTIFF file parsing *#6500 Validation of svs file (I am personally testing this file Jean-Marie)
Note: If you need this ticket transferred I can have it re-assigned if necessary.

re-tested with the correct downloads.
Need to validate against the image corresponding to the submitted screenshot (see http://www.openmicroscopy.org/community/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=743&p=2702). The file submitted by the user has only 2 channels so does not match the screenshot.
I think the problem is fixed but to be 100% sure we should check against the correct file.
