- launch insight as an ImageJ plugin
- Try to import an image

Modify the importer legacy class so it is possible
to import image when using insight from imageJ. (close #7252)

adjust init file loader (otherwise build need to be modified) so we can import image when use from imageJ
This is legacy from old importer so should be removed so no point spending too long on it for now.
