Description
When a long dataset name is entered in approximately 40 characters because the dropdown menu becomes much longer the menu is dropped down to the next line below. This can mean the user thinks the drop down menu has disappeared. Is it possible to resize or handle the long dropdown menu so that users know where the the drop down menu is.

Fix will be to show a truncated name and on mouse hover display the full dataset name in a tooltip.

The length of the Dataset name is now limited in the import dialogue box.
The full name can now be seen via the tooltip shown when the mouse hovers over the item.

Tooltips will now be displayed on mouseover in the projections save dialogue for datasets and projects.
