Description

Both OmeroJava and OmeroPy are still suffering under some form of permissions corruption. #9505 described a similar issue. This seems to happen regardless of omero.group. I'll attach two tests both of which show the problem against gretzky.

Fix pushed to ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/369 for review. This is not the most optimal fix, but does have both of the scripts above returning only trues for user-12 on gretzky (an admin).
