Remove include directive in the documentation

Description

Many pages under sysadmins/OS/... contain files without extension included in the doc using .. include directives
This is a leftover of August 2012 where OS-specific pages where generated from a single source file.

Now that the installation pages have been duplicated in their separate folders, using ..include directive is not sensible anymore and should be fixed for clarity.
