Overwrite documentation to necromancer in hudson job

Description

Currently, hudson doc jobs use SSH plugin to copy over doc content to necromancer.

This implies content is not fully synchronized as deleted content is still available live. Should we wipe out the necromancer directory and then use ssh? Try to configure rsync?

Logic implemented in scripts in ​https://github.com/snoopycrimecop/snoopycrimecop/pull/4. Used in all doc jobs in Hudson.
