show LotNumber serial number for Detector, Objective, Light-Source...

Detector, Objective, LightSource? do not have Lot Number in OMERO (although they do have this in the OME model).
See #4693.
I would suggest that insight and web support both Lot Number and Serial Number cf. Model

According to model, elements related to instrument (i.e. objective, detector etc) extend ManufacturerSpec, entity which has
- a serial number
- a lot number.
OMERO has not been yet aligned and should be in 4.3.
so I suggest that client prepare UI to support model i.e.
support of serial number and lot number.
I will update the upgrade page.

Hiding it is ok but not the solution.
This should be part of OMERO if it is in the model. I will add that to the upgrade page
