BUG: Import CellWorx Fail in Insight

Reported by: ajpatterson Owned by: mlinkert
Priority: major Milestone: OMERO-Beta4.3.2
Component: Bio-Formats Version: n.a.
Keywords: n.a. Cc: saloynton, jburel
Resources: n.a. Referenced By: n.a.
References: n.a. Remaining Time: 0.0d
Sprint: 2011-09-01 (4)

Description

Importing CellWorx? by selecting Plate1 folder and adding to queue.

Asks for screen to use, makes the screen but does not put plate into screen and does not put the images into the plate. The imported images (found in orphaned images) also have channels of different sizes. Blue channel is full frame but red channel is only covering the top of the frame. See image.

(In [19fd9c770af91243ff255def71cd37c4bf852687/ome.git] on branch develop) Fix import and display problem for CellWorx? (see #6608)

  • Cc saloynton jburel added
  • Component changed from Insight to Bio-Formats
  • Owner changed from jburel to mlinkert-x

Fix problem in insight but we still have an import issue:

  • A plate acquisition is created and correctly linked to the plate.
  • Well samples are NOT linked to the plate acquisition.

New JARs from the above commits are now in OMERO, so the latest Hudson builds should fix the problem.

Andrew or Jean-Marie, if you could double-check that the plate imports and displays correctly with the latest builds (and close the ticket if it does) that would be much appreciated.

Plate acquisition/Well samples links are now correct.
We probably need to validate with other tools the red channel issue i.e. top-half of the image for all images.
Is that what we should expect?
