Bug: Delete updating tree but not middle panel

Description
When a delete is performed via the delete toolbar button in the left hand panel the tree is updated but the middle panel is not. This leads to a lack of synchronization between the two UI elements.

Delete dialog BEFORE the jsTree.remove, so we don't hide objects before confirm dialog.
If delete is successful, we remove from jsTree. Center panel listens to remove events
from jsTree and updates itself
